Lauren is the owner of Hello Monday Virtual Solutions and Tech Virtual Assistant. She was born and raised in the DC area, where she still lives with her husband, Saam, and their two boys, Kamran and Kayden.
After fully retiring from a life in hospitality, Lauren quickly fell in love with all things tech and automation. Her passion is helping business owners ensure zero leads are slipping through the cracks by streamlining their onboarding process and organizing the back end of their business through automation. Coming from a customer service background, Lauren understands how important the client journey is and loves helping my clients put a great system in place without constantly worrying about behind-the-scenes tasks.
When she’s not behind the computer, you can find her chasing after her 4- and 2-year-old boys, hanging with her family over a good wine and charcuterie board combo, or catching up on the latest Netflix hit.
