Wedding PR: The NACEY Awards

Watch out world…OFD Consulting just might be event designers after all (we kid, we kid!)!

We are just over the moon that our talented troop of OFDers won best table design at the recent Richmond’s NACEY’s Events Competition.  Inspired from recent movie trends, our table was themed after The Wizard of Oz.  We admittedly went a bit overboard (in only the best way possible) with the theme itself- from yellow brick table numbers, apple tree centerpieces and ruby red cake pops among other fun touches.

NACE, National Association for Catering and Events, is the oldest and largest catering association in the world. Richmond’s NACE chapter is one among 40 nationwide and provides Richmond professional with wonderful networking and educational opportunities.  We’re thrilled to have served as the charter Marketing Director of the Richmond chapter and look forward to continuing our relationship in 2013 as not only an avid attendee but a speaker later this Fall.

We would be remiss if we didn’t congratulate the other participants as well- each who brought their own wonderful talents.. well, to the table! Every design was breathtaking!

We would like to thank Richmond’s NACEYS Events Competition for this exciting honor, our brilliant design team and the dazzling Stephanie Yonce Photography for her lovely pictures!
