OFD News: NACE Education (and- join us!)

When I was approached several years ago by the inaugural Richmond NACE Board to serve as their first Marketing Director, never in my wildest dreams would I have thought that it would lead me down the road of further connecting not only with more of my own community, but that of the industry throughout the US.

I’d like to think I’m a regular staple at the local chapter and have had the great pleasure of presenting at the NACE Experience, several chapters on the East Coast, and even representing NACE this September at the Wedding MBA. So you can imagine I was quite thrilled when NACE National recently offered me the position of Chair for the national Education Committee for 2014-15 (spoiler alert- I said yes!).

So I’m here to share that happy news as well as send out a call for those to join me on the committee. We’re looking for enthusiastic NACE members who want to work alongside us to provide the very best education we can for the industry. If you love all of the NACE education to date, then I want to hear from you. If you feel there is room for improvement, I want to hear from you. If you have grander plans and want to discuss bigger changes, then I want to hear from you.

Plus I’m fun to work with. 🙂

Interested? Then please click HERE to download the application. We ask that you return it to kreilly@nace.net by this Monday, August 18. Questions? Please don’t hesitate to contact me at meghan (at) ofdconsulting (dot) com.

We look forward to hearing from you!
