Most people may not know this about me, but I used to work at the Nike World Headquarters in Beaverton, Oregon. As my first job out of college, it had a profound effect on how I do business.
What has always impressed me the most, is that at the time I worked there, Nike was approximately $8 billion ahead of its nearest competitor, yet they ran their business like someone was right on their heels.
Conrad Hilton once said that successful people keep moving. As you read this, a weekend full of bridal shows have come and gone. You may even have a handful of leads, brides who signed up at your booth asking for an appointment or information.
So what are your plans today? It’s tempting to give yourself a day off and put up your feet. Unpack those boxes. Catch up on those emails. But you have a list full of brides, and so does your competitor.
My suggestion?
Keep moving.
Until next time,
